Yearly billing saves £298 a year compared with paying monthly.
Subscriptions and Event Passes are billed in pounds sterling (GBP). Entry fees you collect from players are charged in your own event currency.
Prices are configurable — organisations on invoiced billing may see agreed rates. Stripe-ready subscription & event-payment architecture.
Event payments
How money moves when players pay for your event.
Your RoundHQ plan and your players' entry fees are two separate things. The plan is what you pay us; entry fees go to your own connected payment account.
Your plan
Free, a one-off Event Pass in pounds, or a Club subscription. Billed to the organisation, not per player.
Player entry fees
Set an entry fee on the event and players pay when they register. Funds settle to your connected account, never to RoundHQ.
Connected account
Connect a payment account from the organisation settings before you publish a paid event. Free events need no connection.
Beta status
Paid checkout is in beta. Run free or invoiced events if you need a fully settled path today.
Card processing fees are charged by the payment provider on your connected account and are not part of your RoundHQ plan.

Pricing questions
Which plan should I choose?
Running one day a year? Start on Free and add an Event Pass when you need a bigger field. Running events all season? Club is the cheaper option from your third event onwards.
How does billing work?
Club subscriptions and Event Passes are billed in pounds sterling. Yearly Club billing is taken once and covers twelve months.
Can I collect entry fees from players?
Yes, and this is currently in beta. You connect your own payment account, and entry fees are paid directly to you, less the payment provider's fees.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel Club whenever you like; it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens after my free event?
Nothing is deleted. Your players, scores and reports stay available — you only need an Event Pass or a Club plan to run the next event.
