A midweek away day with a fixed field of 48, a captain's prize and a two-tee start.

What is golf society software?
It is the software a society organiser uses instead of a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group: it takes entries for an away day, keeps a waitlist, builds the groups, collects scores from players' phones and publishes a live leaderboard.
Do our members need to download an app?
No. Each player opens a scoring link in the browser they already have on their phone. There is nothing to install, and no account for players to create.
Can we collect entry fees for a society day?
Yes, through a connected payment account, though card checkout is currently in beta. Many societies run entries free in RoundHQ and settle the fee separately while that beta continues.
What happens when the day is oversubscribed?
The public event page keeps a waitlist automatically once the field is full, so you can see who is next in line rather than tracking it in replies.
Does it handle Stableford and handicaps?
Yes. Stableford points are calculated automatically from the scores entered, and you can show Stableford, Net and Gross views on the leaderboard.
Can we run a season-long order of merit?
Not yet. RoundHQ handles single events today; leagues, series and order of merit are not built. If a season table is essential, keep that part where it is for now.
How much does it cost for a society?
There is a free plan for a single event, a one-off Event Pass in pounds for a one-day society meeting, and a Club subscription if you run several days a year.
Is it built for UK societies specifically?
It is built UK-first: pounds, UK date formats and Stableford as the default format, with seven European languages available for touring days abroad.
