Terms of Service — RoundHQ Golf

These terms govern your use of RoundHQ Golf ("the service"), a tournament and league management platform for golf clubs, societies, and charity or corporate golf-day organisers.

1. Accounts

To use the organiser features you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least eight characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Data we collect at signup

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. When you set up an organisation we also collect the organisation name, type, country, preferred language, and timezone. We use this data only to operate the service and to keep your organisation isolated from other customers' data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to break authentication, probe other organisations' data, submit false player information, or interfere with live scoring and leaderboards.

4. Payments

Paid features are billed in the currency shown at checkout. Refund terms for event entry fees are set per-event by the organiser and shown to entrants before payment.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, RoundHQ Golf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to organisation owners by email or in-product notice.
